We count the number of people joining your organization's sessions each month. We call them active contacts, and we identify them through their emails. We count them only the first time they join a session. Those who join anonymously (without sharing their emails) are counted each time they join a session. The counter resets each month.
On your profile page, you'll be able to see which pricing plan you are on, its limits, and what your current usage is. Some limits apply to individual sessions (like the max duration or number of participants), and some to the entire organization (like the number of active contacts). E.g. If you are on the Pro Plan and you have 3 people in your organization, each of them will be able to host an unlimited amount of 4-hour sessions with max 500 participants per session. The total number of active contacts includes all the different people who joined at least one of these sessions.
If you are on the free plan, you won't be able to go over the included number of active contacts without upgrading. On the paid plans (Pro, Business, Enterprise), we'll add 100 more active contacts for that billing month and charge you accordingly. Don't worry, we'll warn you well in advance, so that you can make an informed decision.
No! You can host as many sessions and events as you like, we won't limit you in any way. Only the number of active contacts will be counted.
